Extra Storage Self Storage

My fiancé and I are getting ready to move to Lemon Grove, we needed a storage place. I highly recommend this place. Prices are good. And the on site managers Jose and his wife Anne go beyond excellent customer service. This place is safe gated and well lighted area. I was reading the negative review someone left and I looked at her profile, in my conclusion of that review. .lady is crazy and miserable. Can’t please someone if they are a «Debbie Downer.»

Extra Storage is a convenient place for where I live. Jose and his wife are so helpful in many ways. They are very accommodating. My mom used the same storage (I think under a different manager at the time) for 18 years. So when it was my turn, I knew I would use them. They are great and would totally recommend them.

Have done business at this location for several years, NEVER an issue! Interesting comments about the folks that run this place, the two no so nice ones, well again I have NEVER had any issues EVER. maybe being nice really pays off. hmmm

Extra Storage has served my family for generations. Jose has been an exceptional help. When my dad who had died and was renting several units there, he had worked with my family and I through that whole time. They have been mor than fair in as well as helped in many life’s situations. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.
Living in other parts of town, we’d done research for other storage companies and there is no place better in San Diego for the price and service. We always come back here.
I’ve never questioned there safety or policies. Extra Storage, is securely gated and surveillanced, and is located in a safe area of Lemon Grove. Thank you for peace of mind, and all of your help, time, and friendship!!!

This place is run down, unsafe– have elevators but don’t work or employees don’t care that one has stuff to carry up & down stairs. The location is in a very bad area of town (border of Encanto & Lemon Grove.
