This is by far the best option for dining out in the area. From the knowledgeable mixologist behind the bar to the expert culinary master running the kitchen. The portion/​quality is that of a place at least twice the price. I will definitely be frequenting this place in the future!

We came here after a game with players from the team and families. The restaurant is very clean with décor that is all firehouse/​fire fighter themed. It’s easy to understand the concept but it definitely looks dated.
The servers were pleasant and helpful. For me, I always consider it a great sign when a waiter/​waitress brings me a fresh lemon when refilling my iced tea, which they did here.
The kitchen on the other hand was sloooow. We did have a group, but it wasn’t that large and the restaurant was otherwise empty. It still took almost an hour to take drink orders, then food orders and then finally deliver. I expect things to take a bit longer in a group but this was still an exceptionally long wait. The food itself did not come as ordered. I got a Cajun seasoned black and blue burger ordered medium rare. It came with a charred outside, presumably from the seasoning, though I couldn’t really taste any seasoning at all (Cajun, salt or otherwise). The center was cooked to medium well. Extremely overdone. I got to also try a chicken queso panini. I’m not a huge fan of panini, but this one was also lacking any salt or seasoning.
Overall, I was pretty disappointed.

Get outta Uniontown and find better dining choices
So close and an upscale menu Sat nite special 8oz filet and sides very reasonable. It was very hard to pass up the zucchini feta pancakes with asparagus risotto. Need I entice you more? Some booth seating with your own flatscreen TV and remote .

Good food, excellent service. Beer is affordable. I don’t know so much about ‘large’ portions, but portions were acceptable. A little difficult to find, but look for the Pechin grocery store and go the the right side of it. The bar seemed to be hopping, having some kind of quiz show or something going on.

Really good food when you tired of eating in Uniontown all the time. 10 minutes or so from Uniontown with great selection of quality food. Great selection of food from buffalo chicken pierogis to sandwiches and so much more. ⁵⁄₅ without a single ounce of doubt in my mind!

Very good food, large portions. Nice atmosphere. Nothing like I remember the «old» Pechins! Service was a bit slow, don’t be in a rush when going here. But overall very good.

Wow! What a surprise to find this great restaurant in a small town. A wide variety of food. I’m in the area twice a month for work and dine here since I found it 3 months ago. I travel extensively for work and the weekend seafood specials are some of the best I’ve ever had including the big cities like NY and LA. Very talented chef and friendly staff. Great prices.

A very decent restaurant in a place where I wouldn’t expect one. They have a wide variety of things on the menu, so I was a little confused about what they are specializing in. They serve everything from burgers, pizza and nachos to steaks. I had a really good prime rib, and I find those are hard to cook to my liking. The fried zucchini was excellent, and way more than one person should eat. The Caesar salad was nice. Added olives to the traditional: not a bad choice! The sides for the steak were good; I had the sweet potato and (coming with the steak) an unexpected surprise in cauliflower au gratin. It had some heat and was excellent. The whole meal was well crafted and presented, and the service was just right. Will definitely come again when I roll through this part of PA again.
