The front staff is very helpful and genuinely seemed to care about patients, even though there were a LOT of them, a whole dang lot. The waiting room is always full, and people can get impatient if they’re walk-ins. My doctor seemed to stare into the phone to check on available treatments rather than to talk with me about how to manage any issues or diseases I might bring to them(Not those diseases or issues, jerk!) and I never really felt like I made a connection. Considering the amount of running around they seem to do, a certain lack of listening might just be the cost of coming.
