Jeff Allen, Owner of Appliance Pro, is one of the most honest repairmen I’ve ever dealt with. When we called him to repair our dryer he came right away. After showing me the obviously melted part from my dryer he went to pick up the replacement part and showed me the receipt! He only charged me an hour for labor even though it took 30 minutes just to get the part. After I paid him he spent another 20 minutes vacuuming out the dirt and lint in the bottom of the dryer and checking the exhaust line for any lint that might have built up. He was professional and courteous the entire time. I would not hesitate to call Jeff again.
