First, I want to say that the regular employees there are lovely. Friendly, professional, etc. I’ve gone many times for basic oil changes.
Yesterday, the area manager was on site. The regular guys started the oil change and brought the air filter to my window. The employee told me it was very dirty and asked if I wanted it replaced. No problem. The general manager said: «Only $ 9? That’s cheap!» Clearly he worked there, so it was a silly thing to say. But whatever, just a bad salesman. Then, the Manager asked to to see the filter. He said: «Your husband is going to be mad!»
There are so many things unethical and unprofessional about that comment. To suggest that I’d get in trouble like a child is not only sexist, but extreme patronizing. Trying to sell a product using this inappropriate and sophomoric tactic is unacceptable. Of course I said something, but that’s irrelevant.
I’d feel uncomfortable returning to this business if I knew he was there regularly. And I think the owners should be concerned about having someone like this interacting with customers, especially women. Otherwise, its a perfectly fine place to go. Again, the regular employees are very nice, and always treat me with respect.

I’ve been going here for 15 years now. Fast Service and always thorough. Great suggestions on services to keep my car running well. Reasonable price in comparison to the dealerships. thank you for supporting the community.

Completely touch free car wash. No dirty brushes to scratch your car. They have an automatic carwash you can drive through, or of course self wash stations if you’re feeling motivated.
