Something about the drive thru. I understand it being backed but they never get my order right. There strawberry acai is always either too sweet or not sweet at all, and they have forgotten to put the sugar and milk a few times. Will visit again only if I truly have too.

This Starbucks has some of the best works!!! I’m sitting here studying for a test and a young lady had here drink bumped off the table. The lady next to me got up and got here a new one. I’m not sure if she was one of the managers or not but because of that act of kindness I will be combing to this Starbucks before any other coffee company around.

They always make my coffee correct and friendly staff but if you are ever in a hurry do not come here. If there is a line in the drive thru, expect to be waiting more then 15 min. Thinking I’ve had Time to get a coffee has made me late for work on multiple occasions. So I just don’t go to this one if I’m on a time schedule.

Nice location, usually clean. The only thing is extremely slow service… and I have not been able to figure out why, one time I went inside instead of through drive through thinking it would be faster. There were at least 4 employees behind the counter working. It was still 10 – 15 minutes to get 2 drinks.

Love starbucks but this one is always slow. The last time I was there we went to order pizza from little Ceasars and it was going to take less then 15 minutes for it to be ready, so my sis and I decided to go get a coffee nextdoor at Starbucks, we ordered two café Americano and they took literally 30 minutes to give us our drinks! It was just brewed coffee! And to top it off the white boy there was all rude about it we didn’t even get a «sorry for the wait» or anything he just made a rude comment talking about«at least you got hot coffee» um? Yea I hope it’s hot if we waited 30 minutes for it… it would be nice if they worked on their customer service a bit more and their speed

Extremely slow service. Be prepared to wait for at least 25 minutes for your coffee. I suggest Rebekah’s Espresso. Better service, better coffee and coffee is in hand in about 5 minutes.

Waiting in line here is ridiculous, there is only one in town. The torture! It would be better if they were actually fast. I am not a fancy coffee drinker. I always get iced coffees, so instead of wasting my time I just go to Jbox or Mcds for my coffee fix.

This starbucks staff is awesome but the place is dirty trash overflowing floors have trash thrown all about. Restrooms dirty unstocked. Disgusting tables are sticky and unkept. Plus parking sucks

I don’t normally write reviews but I just sat in the Starbucks drive thru for 34 minutes. When I pulled up, the inside had about 4 customers and there were 4 cars ahead of me in the drive thru line. That is ridiculous. Aside from that, their drinks are not consistent. I can order a hot white mocha and it tastes different every single time. I posted about it on Facebook and received tons of comments about how slow this particular Starbucks is. In fact, my cousin said she was in the drive thru for 30 minutes this morning. They need to get it together.

I so appreciate the customer service at the drive thru. They are always so pleasant and full of positivity. I always leave feeling a bit more cheerful, and I am far from bubbly and happy when I head over there for a dose of caffeine. Thank you for always making my day brighter! I only wish other businesses took such care in the way they treat people.

Starbucks in Lemoore it’s very clean and the staff is awesome… I went to the Starbucks in Hanford in the Marshal shopping area and I was surprised that the floor was dirty with straw wrappers, crumbs, and anything else… It was a sad site and I felt bad for the staff wondering why??? Were they short of staff… Was it just a bad day??? Needless to say, I had to walk out and go to the one I’m accustomed to, the one in Lemoore which is always clean.

I hate the parking lot at this Starbucks location. But, as to the Starbucks itself, the staff at this location seems friendly and capable. The inside is roomy and well laid out, the place is clean. On par with most other locations… if I’m in Lemoore, I will come to this location, otherwise, I go to the one in Hanford on 12th. Keep up the good work.

This is my favorite Starbucks, I always enjoy visiting here! I want to let the manager know how outstanding Audra is and how hard she works and she always has a smile on her face and takes the time to make the guests feel welcome and valued and not just customers. Don’t under stand why this Starbucks has 2 and a half stars. I think they do a really great job for when they are busy busy. They always get your drinks correct, always have a very clean work place and are just super friendly all around. I really enjoy this Starbucks and it is one of the bigger ones I have been in! Deserves more than 2& a half stars for sure. Keep up the good work.

Having worked for Starbucks back in Fresno, I know good customer service when I see it. The partners here are all friendly, except maybe one or two(there’s always a partner like that at any store). They own up to mistakes and repair them if needed. Sometimes they can be behind on drinks a little bit, which also affects lobby cleanliness(the reason why I am giving 4 stars), but that’s to be expected with just one bar to service both the drive thru AND café! If a single car pulls up and orders 6 drinks at the same time someone in the café orders 4? You can bet that there’s going to be a slight delay before you get your drink. Lighten up on those workers, they’re trying the best they can! :) Also shout out to Sammy, a really fantastic partner at this store. He has my drink memorized, and always greets everyone with a smile!

Ordered 2 ristretto breve cappuccinos, took 15 minutes and the café was not busy. Once Heather pushed them toward us at the bar, we took them and headed to the car. They were heavy like lattes, people just don’t know how to make cappuccinos these days. We were willing to live with that. Took one sip, and it was Raspberry flavored! Ugh! In what world does one drink a raspberry flavored cappuccino? Took them back in and asked for a refund, didn’t want to wait again for a drink to sip on for the way home to Fresno. Heather’s comment to us was«there were a lot more people in front of you»… What a lame excuse. Carlo, while an obvious baby barista on register, wrote the cup right. The R was clearly written in the shot box, not the syrup box. Heather, when you make a mistake you should apologize, not make excuses.
