Palm Beach Tan

Best spray tan in the area. I love it here and the prices are great. I have never used one of their beds, just the spray tan, and I have not been disappointed. Great customer service as well. The women at the front desk are very helpful and accommodating. The location is a little far from where I live but it’s worth the trip.

I am so surprised to read bad reviews of the customer service here! And about the pricing! Personally, I am always surprised about how sweet and professional the girls are who work there. I just told my husband last night, when we were talking about how awful customer service is lately, everywhere from Lowe’s to the pharmacy at CVS, how I always get such good service here. Anyway, I think the prices are reasonable. I do spray tanning only, I have the Platinum package ($ 65/​mo), which includes unlimited spray tans, dark tanner, plus single bronzers, and a discount off triple bronzers and other add-​ons. I used to have the Gold, which I joined during a special when there was no initiation fee, so it was $ 50/​mo. I think the Gold is usually $ 60/​mo, I’m not sure, but it includes unlimited spray tans, medium tanner and single bronzers, plus a discount off other add-​ons. But i like to do the dark, so I upgraded (there was a $ 20 initiation fee to upgrade). I think those are good prices, considering how much you would pay for a single spray tan, or even a package of spray tans. I go at least a couple times a week, so I think $ 65/​mo is great. The lotions and stuff are super expensive, but you don’t need them. Again, i am always acknowledged right away, the workers are pleasant and professional, I’ve never seen or heard them be rude to anyone else. The place is always clean and stocked. I totally recommend it to everyone! (There is a referral bonus too lol)

Man this place is expensive. There’s a 20 $ start up fee. They recommend the silver package which is 30 $ a month (not bad) however if u want to cancel you need to do it before the 25^th of the month or they will charge you a 10 $ fee. They have a flex line where you can pay 10 $ extra dollars for the month and it will cancel automatically. Basically they offer a package to charge a cancelation fee at the beginning. Seeing how I only wanted a month tan, I was not willing to pay 70 $ (20 for the start up, 30 for the package, 20 for the lotion). I went to polish located west shore by the farmers market. Way way way cheaper. Only good thing about Palm beach was the pretty ladies working :).
