All Dimensions Floor Care

White carpets are though to keep clean and tougher to clean. I just hired these guys for the 2^nd time and ended up with great results both times. Scheduling was easy and they showed up on time for both cleanings. Paying a low price can mean below average to average survice but I feel like I’m getting more than what I’ve paid for with these guys. Ask them to give you a bottle of their spot cleaner — it sprays pink and works great for cleaning up after 2 dogs.

First let me say how great this company is! Jason was full of energy and willing to help us pick out what we needed in our home. The customer service was wonderful, and our newly carpeted living room looks great! All Dimensions is definitely who I will be calling for ALL of my future flooring needs!

We recently moved to the area and bought a home that needs a great deal of work. The carpet was horrible: worn, dirty, and needed to be re stretched. The folks at All Dimensions were great. They were very accommodating to our schedule and kept in contact during the whole process. We had them clean the main floor and second story and the improvement was astonishing. While the carpet still needs to be replaced, it is livable while we get settled. We thought the carpet in the basement was a total loss, but Frank convinced us that with a new pad and a cleaning it was salvageable. After installing the new pad and cleaning it up it is almost like new. We are having then back to install some vinyl plank in several rooms and when we are ready for new carpet we will definitely go to them first.

I am distressed to write a bad review but our experience with this guy has been really bad. We were desperate to get a broken water pipe fixed and the damage repaired, so trusted him. Bad idea. We were promised a finished space, and instead have cheap carpet padding instead of the quality that was there before, half painted walls, scraped spots across the popcorn ceiling that he said would be removed. We had top of the line padding and now we would have to get the carpet removed to get that quality back. He talked in circles the whole time, trying to justify changing what he was going to do for us. worst surprise? He cashed a check he told us he had destroyed, nine months later. I have an unfinished wall, ugly ceiling with scrapes on it, cheap replacements and no faith in this company. Beware!

Jason has a lot of energy. He understands taking care of the customer at a fair price. Their are no tricks or gimmicks, just good service. As we talked about the carpet stretching I was having him do, I found out he also did some light roofing work. I asked him to look at a few shingles that needed replaced (roofers wouldn’t come out for such a small job or wanted crazy $ to do it). Jason took care of the roof for me and I could not beat the price. His team was thorough, worked quickly, and was respectful of my home. I would strongly recommend All Dimensions for your flooring needs.

There are two things that I Looooove… supporting locally owned small businesses and good customer service. I got both from All Dimensions. Being new to the area I depend heavily on customer reviews on Unilocal,yahoo, google etc… While this company only had 1 Unilocal review, I had a good feeling about them after reviewing their website and decided to give em a try.
I called to inquire about whole house carpet cleaning and got a same day appointment for an inspection. While I wasn’t planning on doing carpet repair, there were some areas needed so I went ahead. They did a very good job on both the carpet cleaning and repairs. I had a late appointment but they were prompt and worked diligently. They also charge the cleaning by the room instead of sq. feet. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend to others.

First let me say I’m a big animal lover. So my house sees lots of wear and tear. We’ve lost two dogs and gained two dogs from puppy stage since moving in and laying all new carpet and tile 7 years ago. There just never seemed to be the right time to have someone to come in and clean. You know as dogs get older they have incontinence issues. And as you gain puppies there is the house breaking time… oh and there was only 5 days between the loss and the addition. Apparently I’m a soul who can’t live with out a dog.
Oh yeah I’m hear to talk about Ed Bledsoe and his company All Dimensions Floor Care. It was my mistake for choosing a light grout but honestly I haven’t seen the true color since I laid the tile myself. The grout stands out the most but the carpets looked great. I even had them seal and polish the granite counter tops that I never seem to get around to maintaining while they were here. I always have the intention of sealing them but there always seems to be something else that makes me forget.
Honestly it’s only been about 6 months but I’m considering having them back cause now I can see the mud the dogs are tracking in. I can’t believe I waited so long to begin with.
Bottom line: Ed exceeded my expectations from his on time arrival to the detail and professional work he did. Totally recommend this company. He knows what he is doing.
