pissed off!!! i called this morning to have my air conditioning serviced. i got a call from the technician who was supposed to come to my house. he was to call me 30 minutes prior to arrival. he called at 2:30, i returned his call at 2:41. he said his company had already given him the rest of the day off, but he would call the company back to see if they wanted him to do the call as scheduled or if they would send somebody else. he called me right back and said he was taking the rest of the day off and the next technician would call me and complete the call today. at 4:30 (i hate waiting all day), no show. i called the company at 4:50 to see why they hadnt been there yet and when they would be there. the answering service said they were closed and had all gone home.. well kiss my sweaty @$$. i will refer people away from your service, even if you gave it away, for making me wait all day, not show up… you wasted my day.
