We had bad luck with this company .they managed a house in our neighborhood they would return phone calls 70% of the time . The grass at the rental was foot high and know one did not nothing the city called several times too. The house was vacant for long periods with no one answering the phone I thought how do they even operate? the first batch of renters were a nightmare the police were called on them several times. I think they were desperate may have just took a beating heart? What do companies such as this charge? is it 8 to 12% per month plus, one month rent plus all checks are made to them .? The handy man they used looked good he had a white truck packed full of tools.

I was impressed when I first worked with them but now realize it was because of the employee who has since left. They think nothing of waiting several days to even acknowledge having received notification, and they can take 2 to 3 weeks to repair simple things like a shower head or A nonfunctioning dishwasher or any miscellaneous items. It appears to be the norm to ask the renter to give them a call after 10:30PM, Or to return a phone call during a specific time that you have said you are not available. Without reading my contract, they upped my rate using a clause that had nothing to do with my specific contract. Beware.

I used to live in a townhome community that was managed by Centennial. I felt they did a great job! Anytime I had a question, concern, request, etc, Lisa F. was always quick to respond and super friendly. Our pool was always clean, and when it snowed the required amount(3 inches), a crew was quick to arrive to shovel. The only negative was that many of us had dead bushes that were finally removed but never replaced(at least by the time I sold my unit a few months ago). However, I have heard horror stories of friends in other neighborhoods that are managed by companies, so I have to say I was satisfied with Centennial!
