I went into this store to get my first helmet and will be a new rider. Once I asked one of the workers for advice on what to get in my price range she was so amazingly nice and helpful! She was very personable and talked to me about her own experiences riding and gave me advice for the future. I also asked where I should take my riders safety course and she had great knowledge on that as well. The store wasn’t huge, but the helmet selection was pretty vast and they had what I needed as a new rider, with some pretty good sales too. Overall, the staff really made this trip great for me and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Great selection of helmets! They were very helpful and easy to do business with. Whether you’re a cruiser or a street guy or gal or dirt rider, you’ll find the duds you want.

Liberty, MO
Open Sundays, a huge plus for cycle shops, Cycle Gear offers a good selection of gear and parts for road and off-​road motorcycles. Half of their apparel selection is geared towards women, which was welcoming in a cycle shop. Their location is a bit off the beaten path but definitely worth looking up. They run great deals month — from discounted Bilt gear to half off cycle mounts.
You can order a lot of their gear online but the staff in the store are very friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to browse, but the store isn’t huge so if you are looking for one particular thing, it’d be best to call ahead before making the trip. Also, the online selection doesn’t match up with the stock they carry in-​store. But overall it’s a nice-​sized store, open Sunday and Monday with a good selection of gear at great prices.
