As near as I can tell this is an abandoned building that now I believe has a karate studio in it

This is one of my go to Hallmark’s. They have a great clearance section in the back where you can pick up rolls or wrapping paper for $ 2 and gift bags for $ 1.
Cards are always stocked and super friendly staff helps you find what you are looking for.
Great for last minute gifts. Love the selection of cards, papers, etc.
They also carry the Tervis Tumblers, love those.
