The customer service at this KFC always impresses me! I have ordered from some of the nicest people and they are always very patient and good with suggestions (I don’t get KFC extremely often). I love going to this KFC and it is delicious! I hope the employees get the credit they deserve for having such great service.

Check your order before leaving so you can make sure you got all your crappy food items before leaving to sit on the toilet after you finish your subpar meal.

I’ve been to this location about three times in the last year. Each time I go there’s something new that’s seems to simply disappoint me. In the past they have ran out of food (only had 1 pot pie) were a family of four. Then you either have to wait half an hour or choose something else. If we wanted to wait we would have gone to a sit down restaurant. A few of the times the wait to get your food is unusually long for «fast food». Tonight unfortunately was one of those nights. Waiting over 20 minutes for one of there televised deals buckets seems like a long time. Got the food brought it home and started to scoop out the family sized cole slaw to fund a long blond hair (8 inches in length) we are all brunettes so it wasn’t ours. Kind of hard to eat something when you get grossed out like that.

The «$ 5 fill up» (two pieces, side, biscuit, cookie, and drink) is a great value. The service was somewhat friendly, and my order was ready by the time I finished paying for it. The dining area was clean, and fairly new. A buffet is available for $ 8.49 (without drink).

I get it, you’re KFC. You’re not supposed to be an amazing establishment. I go here once or twice a year. I have never been as excited as I was on Super Bowl Sunday to get a Game Day Bucket (Game Day bucket go boom commercials had worked on me!). Woe to me, they were out of wings. Out of wings. On Super Bowl Sunday. I wasn’t happy, but they said they would replace them with chicken bites for the same price. That’s fine, but the chicken bites are tiny. And not as good as the wings. Color me disappointed, and my expectations were already pretty low.

So as I was coming in to have my last fried chicken before 3 weeks in Europe, I noticed this place had a BUFFET.
I thought those were confined to the stops on I-​70, where people can’t really take advantage of it. But there’s one here!!! Near a Bo-​Lings where you can bring in your bubble tea!
Service was good and fast, and I’m sorry, but I love KFC. Judge me. I’ll be licking my fingers.

I know I know, I how dare me write about this place.
However there are times in life where you were messed over by some people keeping you too long, and in consequence you need food, fast. REALLY FAST.
That’s when you are forced to enter an establishment such as thisone. Im just writing to this review to advise that this KFC out of all of the others in the area seem to have their issues in check. When you actually have fried chicken and it taste decent enough to where you won’t throw up, you got to give props where they are due. The chicken was actually juicy for a change.
So if you like KFC, this might be your place. I however am a die-​hard of Popeyes. That’s why there’s no KFC that can ever get four or five stars for my standards.
