If I could give a negative star id give negative 1 million. The fact that I didn’t read the reviews was my fault on the end. But this place is so unprofessional. The manager is a complete joke! He is so unprofessional, I went in to ask for an interview and he didn’t even know what a certified medical assistant was! He was so rude the whole time that I wanted to leave but because I was polite I waited until he was done & I won’t be calling back for the second interview, I took my resume back and told the front desk girl I was sorry she worked for someone so unprofessional. There can’t be any way that that place is open for business with someone like that working there.

Ariel E., I think you should know your Father further. You don’t know what are you talking about. You guys have expired tubes for blood draws, expired everything! Even lubes and alcohol wipes. That tiny shitty «lab» has the oldest equipments ever! The QC controls in every machines are not even updated and worse, there’s no qc happening, because there’s no CLS there or even properly trained person that knows how to do it. Your Father Jacob assigns the task to Maribel that claims herself as an LVN when she doesn’t know shit! Let’s say she’s a Nurse, it’s illegal for her to run the Lab, she ain’t trained for that shit. Your Dad doesn’t even know how to use the computer and you know what’s getting on my nerves? He has no manners and etiquette. You can’t even talk to him over the phone and he can’t even talk English. You should teach your Father good manners and right conduct because obviously you are well educated. Also, I know what I’m saying because I have a basis, been in that facility and I regret it. Sorry to break it up to you but your Dad is a whack! He tries to hire hot girls, he doesn’t like old or bad-​looking girls because he is a pervert. Ask Maribel, she knows better! She’s been with your Dad in like years according to her. Of course, she will defend him or else, where can she go? Nobody will hire her, she is useless, basically. She has no manners too.

This facility is RUDE and the guy with the Indian accent that answers the phone is an A-​hole. He called me a f***ing idiot and hung up on me when I tried to ask him a question. He should be fired. I can’t believe that is acceptable in a BUSINESS environment!!! I’ve worked in customer service and even when you receive calls that are junk or sales you DO NOT cuss them out. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Very rude and unprofessional staff, especially Maribel. Outrageous fees. Don’t come to this place! You will get hosed!
