Tennessee Trash Service

Tn Trash Service responded immediately to my request for new service and is easy to work with. We look forward to being with them a long time.

Everything has worked PERFECTLY, so far, and we have been in this home for over 1 year. A lady we see after has always had this service as long as we have known, and we have not seen ANY problems there either. During Christmas, they left a Christmas card (in a rain-​roof baggy) on each customer’s can. The people in the office have been very nice the two times I have had to call. It’s easy to pay online. No problems, YET.

Every Wednesday evening since April I’ve wheeled my trash canister to the curb and every Thursday morning it will get dumped out, until yesterday. After the first call they sent someone out again and I watched them look in my neighbor’s canister, see that it was empty, and drive off. Then on my second call they sent someone back out while I was at work. The lady called me from the office and left a voicemail saying they went back out and it was empty. They asked me questions like, «Are you sure it was your can you were looking at?», and «Are you sure it was your trash in the canister?» (I’m not kidding).
Finally the lady put someone who claimed to be the owner on the phone who said I should be wheeling my trash down the street to my neighbor’s canister located right outside of their condo if I want it picked up and that I was told that when initiating service, which I promptly advised wasn’t ever communicated to me. She said the driver who had been on the route for 20 years must have been doing something he isn’t supposed to if my trash had been picked up in the same spot since April.
Again, the can is located at the far end of my sidewalk away from my condo near my car!!! I was sick of trying to explain it and we just both properly ended the call. As of today 8÷22÷2014 I’m shopping for a new trash service that doesn’t blame the customer that did nothing wrong!
