I had the best car buying experience ever! I’ve bought many cars and this by far was easy and unstressful. Danielle was knowledgeable, kind and never made me feel pressured. She helped through my decision process by being supportive vs. the typical pushy of cars salespeople. I would so recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a Caddy!

Wow so refreshing to find a car dealership that treats its customers so wonderfully! No pressure, no numbers games. They made buying our new vehicle so simple. I can’t reiterate enough how nicely we were treated. We walked into a nice Cadillac dealership to buy a used Chevy and were treated the same as if we were buying a brand new Cadillac. Not only did they find us an interest rate 1.2% lower then the one we had received from our bank but they gave us a very fair trade in value for our vehicle. You can tell it is a family owned company. The owner came and introduced himself to us, the other sales members talked to my daughter and complimented her dress. I can’t say enough how refreshing it is to know there is an honest, friendly car dealership for people to buy their next vehicle. I will continue to use them and will always recommend them to my friends and family.

Your service dept always goes above and beyond for me. I had the unfortunate experience while traveling of having my front wipers stop working. I went to 2 different Cadillac dealerships in SC for help. Dick Smith’s in Charleston diagnosed the problem and were very courteous but did not have the part. They were willing to try to get one in but I was only there for the day. I then went to King Cadillac in Florence, SC, where they charged me again to diagnose the problem even though I had the info from Dick Smith, did not have the part and told me in a most condescending and unhelpful manner that it was on national back order. Their customer service left much to be desired, so I decided to call Shelley in your service department for help. She quickly ordered the part and I drove 1000 miles back, dodging rain and snow, to have your service guys fix it for me. Shelley is great!
