Wish I could give zero! After our long time dentist retired we searched for our families new one. I spoke with receptionist, as I had at other dentists in area, and the receptionist let me know that they would accept our dental insurance. On the day of our first visit I brought my mother-in-law, who happened to be the office manager at our last dentist office, she brought our records, insurance information, along with numbers and contact information. Even extra forms required from those companies. The receptionist called the company to verify coverage and reassured us «We were all-set». The first few visits we had to pay extreme co-pays and pressured to buy product that he insisted we needed. I found out from other patients he had done the same pressure and diagram with everyone. I was at first taken back from the high pressure sales but just didn’t buy anymore of whatever the dentist was pushing. The last visit I was told we Had an outstanding bill of a few hundred dollars. My husband just paid almost $ 200! At his last visit so I knew that was wrong. The same receptionist who told my mother-in-law and myself we were all-set and that they accepted our insurance said«we only accept the insurance for 12 years old and above» I explained how she had told us that they would accept our insurance. All she said was even though she was wrong it was my responsibility to pay. I said no way. Since that time they stuck this bill collector who calls & calls and insults. Recently yelled at my daughter saying we don’t pay our bills and would be in court. I do believe he thought she was me and lying. My husband even gets these harassing call at work. The man raising his voice, being extremely, disrespectful and threatening. The last time he yelled at me and said That he was was warned you would make excuses why you don’t pay your bills. We actually disconnected our home phone so our children don’t have to be harassed. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone and would actually go out of my way to deter people from going to him.

Dr. Mark Haselkorn is an outstanding dentist. He gives his patients all the info and walks you through the procedures. I trust his decision making and knowledge. Yesterday, he saved me time and money by saving my #14 for another day. And that is a fact! Who knew teeth have numbers?

We decided to go to this dentist because he was closer than the dentist we loved. He told me and my husband we had cavities and tried to sell us toothpaste and mouth guards. We decided to go back to our old dentist only to find out we had no cavities. People swear by this place but I’m so glad we didn’t get unnecessary fillings.
