Came here with my boyfriend and his mom to buy some snow shoes. Found 2 pairs total in the whole store. Asked an employee if they were one size fits all and how to put them on. The employee said he didn’t know. Then we ask if he could get an employee that does know to help assist us instead. He responded by telling us none of the other employees would know either. What?! Let me clarify something though. The employee was not rude at all. He was actually very nice. You could even tell he felt bad/awkward with his response but I guess it was just the truth. How does this huge sporting goods store full of employees not know how their products work?! This review is for management. train your employees better!!!

Went here to buy sneakers on a Saturday, late morning. The shoe section was a complete madhouse and only one, maybe 2 people were working. Stood there with the shoes I needed sizes for for over FIFTEEN minutes and wasn’t even close to being helped. Where was the manager? not helping the dozens of people wanting to buy their overpriced shoes. I Left and went elsewhere. Will make the longer drive to sports authority for better prices and customer service from now on.

Horrible place. There is never anyone to help you and the staff is completely useless. You’re better off asking a nearby random stranger for advice. I bought sweatpants a few hours ago that were on a medium hanger in the medium section but when I got home they were actually extra small. So frustrating! I drove all the way there because I needed them for tomorrow.

Ugh, I hate going here. But my kids play sports, so… Inattentive staff who spend more time chatting with each other than helping customers. Slowest checkout lines ever.

I don’t understand how a sporting goods store can be this useless. I went here for endurance drink mixes and was directed to a rack of gatorade. I went here for golf equipment from a major OEM and was told to look at one of their alternative brands. The sad thing? The store is full of people unknowingly buying overpriced crap. No one working there seems to have any clue. I can’t blame them for not caring. Large sporting goods stores used to at least be helpful by providing lower prices on reasonably high quality gear. Now they just buy up brands with a consumer following and use them to sell their own cheap crap from China.
