Dinner was delicious. Ordered the sweet chili calamari and the spicy chicken wraps for appetizers. Very good. Kids had the ribs which were very tender. My man and I ordered the porterhouse for 2. The steak was very tender and flavorful. Would definitely recommend. Stephanie N was our waitress and was very polite. The sangria was ok. A little too sweet for me. My boyfriend ordered the coconut pineapple frozen margarita and it was not good. Swapped it for the strawberry one on the rocks which was better.

We’ve been to Longhorn many times over the past ten years and have never been disappointed. The steaks are always perfectly cooked, my wife loves the burgers and the salad specials are reliably delicious. On the rare occasion that something was not done well, the staff went out of their way to correct it.

Nothing special here. Cold baker and underdone steak. I get why restaurants undercook steaks. If u send back an undercooked steak they merely cook up the same steak. No financial loss to the restaurant. An overlooked steak means that gotta give u a new one. I get that. But come on, it’s annoyingly big to always have to request a cook up and it’s always there chain restaurants that do that. Just prepare the food the way I ordered it, please.

Yummy food. The place was crowded and there was a 45 min wait time to be seated. Super friendly staff.

Big disappointment ! After the expected wait(Valentine’s Day), we ordered 4 meals. Onion soup was cold and we sent it back. All four meals were cold. We sent them back after waiting 45 minutes for our meals and then another 40 mins for the second round. Rice was cold, potatoes were cold and salmon was under cooked. Needless to say we sent it all back. They had the audacity to give us a bill charging for all four meals that we sent back ! Happy Valentine Day !

I don’t understand all the negative reviews on this steakhouse. There seem to be a great many impatient and overly critical reviewers confusing a chain-based steakhouse with an elite 5 star dinning establishment. The food is fine. Taste is a matter of opinion. My mother swears that green beans cooked slowly in pork fat and Cajun seasoning is the best, while I prefer sautéed green beans tossed in olive oil. Who’s right; neither of us! For me, this steakhouse has the best tasting ribs, hands down. Were the French fries OMG delicious? No. They tasted like all other fries. Do I care? No. I came for the ribs.

Everything I’ve eaten here is top notch! Stuffed mushrooms, firecracker chicken app(think that’s what it is called haha), shrimp and lobster chowder, and I HIGHLY recommend the prime rib! Always cooked right and an amazing rub is used on it. Mostly good service, I think there is better/more consistent service in the bar area vs the dining room.

Please dont go to this place. People working there dont know what they are doing. I went other days to eat with friends and i ask for a ribs, and when i was half way i found a long string of hair… I told them about it and the only thing they did for me it was they gave me a free cake.

Went to have a lovely dinner with my family tonight which didnt turn out so lovely. We ordered almost $ 100 worth of food for 3 people everything was cold waitress was nowhere to be found when we did find her sitting down… she knew the food was cold but by the time she got us hot food we had already eaten our steaks no apologies or anything to try and make it right… not looking for free anything but they could have at least offered we definitely will not be returning to this restaurant… very disappointing. I could understand if they were busy.

Not good. Ok, the service was great, from beginning to end, that’s why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. The food on the other hand was terrible. My steak and the«stuffed mushroom» atop it was extra, extra, extra salty number one, and number two I ordered medium rare, however it was cooked well done/way way overcooked. I ate 2 bites and took the rest home for a dog treat. Mashed potatoes were like a pile of crud on my plate. Just sat there in a big lump. When dug into with my fork it came up in a big, solid pile. I will stop at that. Twas awhile since visiting. Probably will not go back, or at least not to the Leominster location.

I recently did another take-out order and it has been the first experience in a long time that was a positive one. I was greeted at the door by two guys and was directed to the bar to pick up my to go order. bartender was friendly and prompt, even though she had a busy bar. the restaurant was actually full. order was correct and food was good! glad things have turned around for this store!

The food was excellent. I only wish the serving sizes were bigger, but besides that no complaints

I’ve been twice and both times they got my order wrong. The first time I ordered a ribeye and got a porterhouse and the second time I ordered a bone-in ribeye and got a boneless ribeye. I have to believe that the waitstaff entered it wrong, because I refuse to believe the kitchen staff in a steakhouse can’t tell one cut of meat from another. But honestly, I can’t prove it either way. The porterhouse on the first visit was actually pretty good. I was impressed with the cooking from a chain. The second time, however, the steak was way, way too salty. I like a little salt and pepper on my steaks, but this was drowning in a salty brine. And I’m the kind of guy that eats salt bagels and misses the days of Mr. Salty pretzels, so that’s saying something. The waitress on the second visit clearly did not want to be at work. She looked like someone just ran over her puppy. I decided to try and be nice about it and kept making jokes and being friendly and eventually by the end of the meal I got her to crack a smile. But shouldn’t that have been the other way around, where SHE was trying to make ME feel good? The prices are really high. I had one steak and one beer and my two young sons had two kids dinners and it was over $ 70. That’s just crazy. I may go back and edit this to one star, because honestly I can’t even really think of any reason to go to this place.

Flavorful under 500 is the way to go — pretty good meal, healthier options at a good price. Three of us had bread, salad and entrée plus a shared desert for under $ 50.

This place was great when it first opened but had gone down hill. Steaks are chewy and tough. Waitstaff really can’t be bothered. Manager just seems to act as a bus boy. Skip.

Good for what it is — a chain restaurant.

Keepin it brief. Ordered takeout from here: Chili and the 7-Pepper Sirloin Salad. The chili was basically a meaty ragu sauce with jalepenos and the salad was solid and worth the money. I wouldn’t mind stopping by again and maybe grab some drinks too.

Just Meh… What else do you want from a chain? The«big bleu» burger or whatever they call it was OK… The crumbled bleu cheese was straight out of a large jug and not close to being crumbled. The bacon that came on the burger might as well have been bacon bits… there wasn’t an actual piece of bacon, just a bunch of burnt crumbs and there were three pickels all in stuck together in a clump. The burger itself, ordered Medium, was overcooked… Why do I go to these places and subject myself to this? I have kids… need I say more? A loud place with so-so food that isn’t too expensive and I can get a tall draft beer…

What’s really great here: the«Western Cheese Fries» appetizer. What’s not so great here: the prices. The entrees are nothing to write home about either. Portions were average, and neither of our dishes wowed us or were memorable in any way. We spent nearly $ 50 for the appetizer, two entrees, and two sodas. For a chain restaurant, that’s a little too much for me. I will say that the service was excellent that night. We must have lucked out because our waiter was very friendly without being annoying, kept the drinks filled, and made sure we had everything we needed. Probably one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a chain.
