Writing this as Rob is here. Called me back 10 min after I left a voicemail on a Saturday and was at my house 45 minutes later and fixed my extremely clogged toilet in under 5 minutes!!! He was a lifesaver at an unbelievably fair and affordable price. Will definitely use his services again.

We originally were referred to Rob by a friend who is a plumber. Our friend was too busy to help us out. Rob worked his magic so we could sell our house in the best possible shape. He then replaced the heating system in our new home, including making it more energy efficient with the installation of a solar panel for our hot water. Rob installed our air conditioning system taking great care so as not to disturb the intricate art on the ceiling. He really thinks outside the box to be able to do what you have in mind and to educate you on how to make your home more energy/​resource efficient. We even referred him to my sister and brother in law. He replaced their heating system too. We have him on speed dial on our phones he is that good.

Fully satisfied, would highly recommend and will certainly use Robert’s plumbing services again in the future. He showed upon on time, and fixed our issue quickly and for a very reasonable rate.

on 2÷2÷2015 my wife and I were shoveling out from the second storm of the week with temperatures to be in the negatives the next morning. I woke up at 3:30 am freezing only to find my furnace not working and started making phone calls immediately. I called four company’s that had ads stating a ²⁴⁄₇ service. none of them returned my calls. I sent a message through Unilocal at 4:30 am to Rob at R. S. Newcomb and he got back to me before 7:00 am and sent Dana out and he arrived at my home around 9:00 am. Dana started working on my furnace immediately and together we came to the determination that my 15 year old furnace needed to be replaced. Dana went to price a new furnace and called me with a quote. we both agreed on a price and with the expectation of installing it the following morning. I was told by Dana that he and Rob would be there in the morning and they would not leave my home until it was up and running properly and that’s exactly what happened. these two guys make an unbeatable team and I would highly recommend you call them with any hvac, pluming or electrical work you need done. I am a very picky person and it was a total relief when I realized we had made THE RIGHT CHOICE!

Called Rob for a small job in Lunenburg, he was fast to respond to my call and had my problem fixed in no time for a fair price. I then had a large job come up, got price quotes from four local companies. Rob was not the least or most expensive of the quotes, decided to go with him because he did a great job the first time we used his services and he seems to really know his trade. I highly recommend Rob to my friends & family, which I do not usually do! Great service, knowledgeable, and a fair price… would not go to anyone else!!!
