Target

I’ve spent thousands of dollars in this store over the years and tonight I’m determined my credit card Will Not be gracing their store for a long, long time. A simple request to price match was honestly too much for them to handle. They couldn’t find the same product on their tablet even though I kept handing them my phone with three or four stores showing a lower price. They just couldn’t figure it out.
I’ll find local businesses who wants my hard earned money as they earn my business. Happy Holidays Target… too bad I can’t give you .25 of 1 star.

Love this particular location! This Target store is much cleaner and better maintained than the Target store in Worcester or the ones up in Nashua New Hampshire.

I had to run into Target to return a shirt that was too small & a cell phone charger device for the car that was broken. The great thing about returning to Target is if you don’t have your receipt they can locate your purchase with the credit card you used. Carry more then one credit card? Well they can check them for you as long as you have your card on you. The girl @ the return counter was very friendly & always smiling! This shows great pride in her job & that she enjoys where she works. I was happy to know even though I didn’t have the box my cell phone charger device (the one that fights into a car cigarette lighter) came in I was still able to return it. Luckily they had them in stock too!!(bought mine in NV) & I was able to get a new one that is working.
I recommend signing up for their Red card. It’s linked to your bank account, no credit check required because its not a credit card. When ever you use it for your purchases you get 5% off your total & the money comes right out of your bank account. Love it!

The customer service staff always appear to hate their own existences and want to make sure you know it when attempting a return. The floors are dirty and littered with discarded food and there are always an abundance of stray pubes stuck to the urinal in the men’s room as if a hobo has been using the restroom for manscaping.

Clean and everything placed well, staff is friendly. Has a Starbucks inside and Pizza Hut and store has free wi fi.

Went there tonight after going to 2 Walmart’s that both had nothing i needed that said they had in stock… decided to journey to target which is out of my way but they had it listed in stock and actually had it in stock

I’m keeping rating at 4 stars because nothing spectacular has happened to cause it to go up or down in stars. However, I wanted to mention that I haven’t seen the manager or customer service employee that I mentioned in my previous review in months. Hopefully they no longer work there, but either way I’ve been happier shopping there as the rest of the employees are nice and courteous.

Speaking from a trip the other night. The staff at target are stellar! Went with a friend of mine to purchase a crib for a friend of ours… Well needless to say we got side tracked and shopped an by the time we went to go check out it dawned on us we still needed to purchase the crib. The staff was very helpful and stay friendly after hours (we checked out right at closing. –_​-​) as we asked to purchase a crib. Crib purchased, fast forward to putting said crib in my car… Crib box + hatch back = no go. But the two guys that helped managed to fit the crib and all to piece and our purchase in my little car sans the box it came it. Adventurous trip for sure but the entire time we apologized for being «those customers» and they kept saying it wasn’t a problem and were very pleasant.
Kudos to you target employee that helped out that night. High five!

I was really disappointed to first bring home a bag that a nail polish opened up in the bag and ruined everything. I sent my husband to return it because I was at work and they insisted he pick out replacement items. Problem was, this was just after Christmas and nothing was left. Very annoying.

We come here all the time. It’s a target, you know what they carry. The shelves are restocked fairly quickly and the staf is always willing to help you as much as they can. We would be up a creek if we didn’t have this target as our go-​to place for the everything.

I’ve been to many targets before. I just happen to like this one because it is quiet. Everytime I have gone, it has not been as crazy and crowded as some of the others.
