I like pizza huts pizza but the service here is bad and just hit a new low. Apparently they no longer deliver to our house in mechanicsville and when we were calling to order the guy on the phone was anything but polite and helpful.

Sucks, they’re rude and take forever. Tried both delivery and take out, bad either way.

I love Pizza Hut pizza but this place has some issues. The service is pretty terrible. The pizza is not consistently made. Sometimes when I order a pan pizza it becomes something in between a regular pizza and a pan pizza. They have been through new management and I don’t see any improvement. They should’ve kept Keymar he was the most pleasant person in the organization.
I truly hope they get their act together.

Awful, slow, dirty, two roaches crawled past me while waiting 1 hour 10 minutes for a pizza from a takeout only location? Buy something from the grocery store next door and stay away!
