This was the Amore Mia restaurant. It is now Dorina’s. It seems to be the only Italian restaurant in Levelland and it falls far short the reviews given Amore Mia. It is always disconcerting to be the only person in the restaurant 7:00pm.
I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce. If there was any meat in the marinara sauce, I was hard pressed to find it. I also ordered a small dinner salad with Italian dressing. Unbelievably, they were out of Italian dressing…REALLY. When it arrived, the salad barely covered the bottom of the plate.
I can’t imagine this place will remain in business much longer, but it you find yourself in Levelland and hungry for Italian food, go to Pizza Hut. Avoid this place like the plague.
I would give it one half star but that is not an option. :^(
