I purchased a mattress from Mark 11 months ago. I was very pleased with the service we received. Through no fault of theirs, our mattress did not hold up well. Mark couldn’t have been any more helpful in helping us get a replacement from the manufacturer and he made sure that we were 100% satisfied (he actually made sure that we were 200% satisfied by making sure we received an even better product than we initially had purchased). Mark will receive my business for as long as he is in business. I will not go anywhere else and I will highly recommend Mark at Fasted to anyone in need of a mattress. Top notch customer service!!!

I was interested in a getting a soft sided waterbed, and after buying a couple of beds that were not at all what I wanted, I called around and was pleasantly surprised that Fastbeds carried them. When I went to the store, the owner Mark was very knowledgeable about the beds which is unusual. I had a million questions and he patiently answered them all. I settled on a bed and it was perfect. I changed the bladders a couple of times and the water level, and they happily came out to make it just right. Superb customer service. They don’t disappear after the sale. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future.

I bought two temper pedic pillows from 1800 fast bed. They had the lowest prices I could find online. The owner is a character and is hilarious. He said it would feel like I was sleeping in heaven. The pillows feel pretty good. The price felt great.

Received great service from 1800Fastbed. My husband and I recently moved into a new apartment. Just before settling in, we noticed that our old mattress was completely ruined after being in storage for 9 months. We needed a replacement mattress right away. Unfortunately, we called much to late in order to place an order for same day delivery, however the we were assured that it will come first thing in the morning. We were pretty bummed because we had no other place to sleep besides our couch and that can be pretty uncomfortable for a pregnant woman. One hour after placing our order… 1800fastbed gave us a call back and told us they will have a separate delivery truck deliver our mattress that same night! Their exact statement was «I’m going to do whatever I can to get that mattress to you, I don’t want you guys sleeping on the floor or the couch after moving into your new home!» We were so surprised and very thankful for the unexpected call! The mattress was delivered as promised by two very friendly delivery men and we received a followup call that night, as well as the next day ensuring that we were completely satisfied!

Didn’t deliver on date promised, then when contacted by us asking «where are you?», tried to substitute a different bed. Said no stores anywhere had the finish in the brand we ordered, which was baloney as several other other stores were advertising it. First claimed they had been «calling all week» then claimed we hadn’t left a phone number, which was also baloney. We said cancel the order. You’ll see an second low rating if that charge shows up on our credit card.
