AAMCO Transmission

Place is the worst told me I had a bad throttle valve cable and wanted to me to bring it back for additional work before they would even fixed the cable. Picked up the car and brought it to the dealer to have the cable fixed after 115 bucks found out it’s not even broke. Dealer adjust the cable been fine since.

These people are thieves! Complete rip off artists. Had to get police involved just to get them to release my car then had to hire an attorney because they wanted to be paid for services never done. This went on for months I ended up having to take my car
some where else to be repaired since it still wasn’t fixed. Hayden and his father seem to have issues dealing with women in general. They will take advantage of a woman at the drop of a hat.

I am new to the area and was fortunate enough to come across this AAMCO service center. From the start they were very accommodating and the service was great. I even had asked about a Groupon that turned out to be from a different location and they still honored it. The manager, Hayden, is very personable and trustworthy when it comes to taking care of your vehicle. Will definitely be going back for future automotive services. Great overall experience.

First time here, excellent service treated well.

Levittown Aamco has the best customer service and hard-​working, honest technicians that I have ever found at a body shop. I would recommend this place to anybody! Feeling like I’m not getting taken advantage of by a shop is really important to me (and everyone else!) and not once has this place made me feel that way. Definitely 5 stars for Levittown Aamco!!!

Service was great, I felt like the whole shop were straight shooters. Even offered me lunch while I was there.
The only negative was that a tire rotation was requested & part of the package, but due to a slight crack I have in one hubcap, I could tell this tire hadn’t been (along with the others, I assume), rotated at all.
Probably just a lazy or forgetful tech, but it did damper the experience just a bit.

I just want to say that they are theives. They charge money that they say its for diagnosis to check things that don’t need to be checked. They lied to me to get me to bring my car to them and told me they wouldn’t waist time checking things that were already checked. Ended up paying $ 300 to repair a wire. If u don’t want to be robbed don’t go there.

Needed front brake pads and had read good things about these guys on Google. My brakes were grinding for a day or two and I had babied them in the hopes that the rotors would be OK. Booked the car in with Hayden for an 8:00 AM apt. the following day, he got me right in and at first conveyed to me that the rotors looked OK. After a while he came back to me and told me that after pulling the calipers out they could see the inside rotor was in fact damaged. I thought «YEA RIGHT HEARD THAT ONE BEFORE», I asked to take a look for myself and sure enough it was damaged, but hard to see. Hayden then offered to install the rotors for free while replacing the pads. In sitting in the modest waiting area (right in front of where Sam and Hayden work) I had the chance to watch their interaction with customers and employees and they are spot on. Respectful and efficient and seemed to know their stuff, and really care about what they were doing. This is a family business and I will certainly be going back if I need service.

i first went to AAMCO when my car broke down on the side of the road, they towed me, and it was the owner of that AAMCO, Sam. if u are like me, and are not able to get a new car u are always at the shop… Sam and his wife always helped me out, they did an excellent job, always got my car in and out quick and done for a great price!

Gave the car 1.5 days late… had to always call for an update. What was worse yet is that my mom just got out of the hospital and only had 3 cars for 4 people making the delay even that much worse. Worst part was when sam promised the car by Monday but colby finishes the car wed am, upon leaving colby says a sarcastic «welcome» to me as I walk out… should I be sayying thank you for a d+ service. The only reason the car went to these guys is bc my crappy volvo dealer has some type of relationship (money\friendship) with them. If you want your car to come 2 days late and smell like a smoldering iron then look these guys up… also you will prob see a followup post by the owner to refute or give excuses for their «great» service
