Dr. Files is the best! He really cares about his patients. My entire family goes to this office and he’s very kind with kids and elderly. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

Some times you do not realize how great of a Dr. you have until you have to use another Dr. for some thing else. I have always been seen on time for my appointments, and have never had a problem getting an appointment when I needed it, even on short notice. Dr. Mike is an exceptional person, I treat the staff as I would want to be treated and they treat me great. I think a patients attitude has a lot to do with any negative reviews you read, because I have been going to this office for over 20 years and always the best service. Just recently I have had to go to a specialist, I have walked out of two offices because of the long waits, and 1 because of the Doctors attitude. I wish all the Doctors were as good and caring and on the ball like this office. My wife and my daughter feel the same way, and we will continue to use this office for all of our needs. You can bet that when you read a negative review about this office that the person writing it is one of the demanding type and thinks that they are special, well we are all special and this office treats us as though we are all special patients and no one gets special treatment over the rest.

They have the worst female front-​desk staff; so rude on the phone, I had to call seven times for a refill and she hung up on me in front of the doctor (I bet doctor didn’t even say anything, or else she wouldn’t have dared to hang up).
