Great little location of game stop. Stopped by on a Sunday before they opened and they actually let me in to get my copy of halo 5. Looked like they were having a staff meeting but they said to come on in. Staff was friendly and helpful, and had me on my way! Highly recommend this location and will be back!

Whenever I have a game to trade in or a console I’ll go to these guys! The trade in price is somewhat questionable at times, but I don’t believe that these guys get much say in what they offer, I’m sure they are just the bearer of bad news to corporate decisions on what to offer! They always have top titles and every game you could think of! Their customer service is really good!

Horrible customer relations! When did talking down to people become ok. Sorry I don’t sit in my moms basement and play video games. No class !

I have come to the conclusion that Game Stop and myself are not suitable for each other and therefore tonight was my final trip to this store. I honestly can’t think of one time I’ve made a purchase that I haven’t made a return trip back because of some problem I had with the merchandise. There are several but I’ll just list a couple that stand out the most for me: 1. Purchase of a New Nintendo DS game — I thought that by purchasing a game New vs. Used, this would mean that it was never played by anyone else except for myself, right? I get home, my Daughter is thrilled to have this game, she turns it on and next thing I hear is «Mommy, who is Jonathan?» I couldn’t believe it, I paid for a new game and they gave me Jonathan’s. Outcome: Drove back, confronted the Manager(inconceivable how someone could make as bad a mistake as this), apology, apology, Clerks error, got my New game and I have a very Happy Child! 2. I decided the next DS game I purchased would be used because I kind of liked the idea that the game could be exchanged for a different game if unhappy, no questions asked. Perfect for me since my kids get so tired of things after playing with them a few times anyway. Also, this way they could constantly try new games. So, a few weeks later, I purchase this New-Used game, my Daughter is attempting to play it and the game keeps freezing up. Outcome: Drove back, totally disgusted, confronted a different Manager, more apologies, test out another New-Used game(same type) and it works. Happy Child again. 3. Purchase of New WII game — Samba De Amigo. Suppose to be similar to another dancing game but you put the controller’s into these Maraca’s and dance around with them. Pay for game and also for the Maraca’s(sold separately) since you need both. A little expensive but they all are. Both are purchased«New». Game seems ok, open up the box of the Maraca’s, one is fine, the other has a cracked handle. Outcome — Drove back, confronted a Manager and got my money back! I’ve purchased various merchandise from other Game Stop stores but mostly good experiences there. For me, all my problems stem from this one particular store. I can’t understand it and honestly, I really don’t want to. Maybe the Warehouse they deal with just supplies them with the bottom of the barrel products, maybe the staff is just inexperienced/careless and forgets to test out the New-Used games to make sure they work before putting them out for sale or maybe I’m not just not meant to shop at Game Stop. Whatever the maybe is, sorry but this relationship is officially over!
