You know how things change over time? Well it has happened here, when trying to see what a phone rep did on our account i called the store when the toll free # that had worked stopped i asked the woman who answered how can my one question could be answered, she said she was unable to access our account. Interesting, because they had no problem with their system when they activated our phones. And she directed me to corporate store at 2100 Cottman Ave, so i drive down there & no clearly marked store was there.(thanks) Tried online & it would only show me how much i owed for next month. They must havr changed the software(for whatever reason) Thanks again. Tried 611 that texts come from & surprise it rang through & i got a rep. Discovered their billing on a combined account is confusing but the deal was right but when you saw the bill it to have doubled. But it hadn’t. Thanks a final time.
