Beware of this company. If they see you are a widowed woman who recently received your husband’s inheritence… you’re in trouble! Your money will be gone before you know it, and they will persuade you to get in additional debt to find other projects which they say «urgently needs to be done» but that is a lie. It’s been almost 2 years and already I am finding some deterioration of some projects, such as my fence is suffering weather damage, and for the money they took from me, they could have gave it a protective coating or put in a vinyl fence. They sold me some «stuff» in my bathroom that they said was really needed, but it wasn’t. They just wanted to suck every pretty penny they could out of me. Some paint in both of the bathrooms are chipping off because they refused to use paint specifically for bathrooms/​kitchens. They saw I was grieving over my husband and used it to their advantage. They said they give discounts to their pest control customers but their prices are not supporting it. I know I can’t restart the clock and fix all this but all I can do now is prevent more in the future.

My Husband and I hired «Nation-​Wide» after seeing their presentation at a local «Home Show». Worst decision we ever made. «Very Sloppy Workmanship» «Unqualified Technicians’ and they are «Not Licensed Contractors» their company «Has» a license but their «Technicians are «Not Licensed». They caused «Damages» while doing «Construction» on our toilet. They «Jackhammered» an area on the floor and this was «After» installing the «Bath System» causing Cement and Debris to cause cuts in the glass shower doors and nicks in the acrylic wall of the tub. They could have used «Drop Cloths» to cover the Tub but there was «No Common Sense» and don’t even think about mentioning anything regarding their work. They became very defensive and an argumentative confrontation would occur. They «Substituted» products, «Applied Products» we specifically did not want and spent more time «Leaving» to go get supplies then actual construction of the Bathroom. Because of their «Extreme Negligence» we are now waiting on a «Settlement» with their «Insurance Company» It has just been a disaster. Be very cautious and ask lots of questions. I thought I had. This service just tried to rip me off for $ 5,000! I had been using their service quarterly with no issues until they recently tried to use scare tactics to tell me I had a severe problem. I went and got a second opinion by a well known reputable service and there is no doubt they were trying to rip me off in a major way. The better business bureau ought to be aware of their tactics.
