Service is horrendous. The stores presentation is even worse. Printing is not rocket science. They didn’t even bother to open the files before they said do the printing online. They had a total of 10 people(if that) in the store. Even if this print job took 20 minutes they were not going to be overwhelmed.

Good place if you need a blown up photo. I was making things more complicated than necessary but the gentleman in the printer department, Kendall, was very helpful. I got the photo I needed enlarged and printed in less than 5 min for less than $ 2!

Not bad! Unlike my local Staples, who couldn’t be bothered to pick up the phone, I called this OfficeMax and the person who picked up quickly checked their inventory and found the item I was looking for. When I arrived there were several people willing to help me find my item and they even offered to help me being it to the car(gracias!). Although I only scooped up what I needed, I walked the rest of the store and found it to be very clean and full of your typical OM items. Forget Staples, next time I need office supplies, this is my store. Protip: I’m not sure wtf happened to this shopping center(looks like it should be in Detroit), but don’t let that scare you away!

Parking is never an issue here as this place is in a desolate strip mall. In fact with K-Mart and Borders vacant for several years Office Max is all tha’ts left here. It is a mediocre store with nothing special to go out of my way for. If I need something Staples doesn’t have(like dry erase paper) I’ll stop at this deserted location.

I’m a Staples shopper. Let me just get that out of the way. Unfortunately, OfficeMax is the closest place for me to send a large package Ground via FedEx. What should have been a 2 second transaction, turned into over 5 minutes of standing there at the counter watching the guy work on another order. OK so I sound totally unreasonable but here’s why m annoyance was warranted(1) you should tend to your customers when they arrive unless you’re in the middle of assisting another customer(2) FedEx pick up from that location was well over an hour away so there was no reason to make me wait. He didn’t even need to do anything but scan the box and print a receipt. Customer Service: THUMBSDOWN
