The ices are great! But this location on Wantagh Ave in Levitown is not the cleanest. It looks like the freezers haven’t been defrosted or cleaned in years. Ralph’s corporate office should pay this location a visit.

Was in the area, And what is better on a hot day than ice cold Ralphs’s ices. I like the lemon and chocolate but will go with the cappuccino as well occasionally. The service was fast and friendly. Ralph’s has a huge selection of flavors, There is definitely a flavor for everyone. Would go again if I was in the area

I went to pick up ice cream for me and my kids the other day and after ordering I gave them my American Express to pay and they said«cash only» great! They have an atm inside which I refuse to use and I don’t like cheap business that takes away the convenience of using plastic just so they don’t lose money on a transaction fee and yet set the atm fee to a extortionate amount! When I told staff that I wasn’t prepared to use their atm the one girl became very rude and disrespectful!!! I love Ralph’s Italian ices but not this location!

If you have food allergies, avoid this place for fear of cross contamination. Son got very sick due to what we believe was dairy due to cross contamination on scoop.

We looked forward all Summer to the cool refreshing treats served at Ralph’s. The variety offers something for everyone. The prices are reasonable so I can afford it even with 4 kids. The staff, mostly high school age kids, were very pleasant, helpful and efficient, restoring my faith in the youth of America. Only downside is closed from October for the winter. I need my fix…

Just your standard Ralph’s Italian ices :) a bunch of teens making some pocket money for the summer and having fun while doing so. All of the employees were very sweet when we have gone here. I love Graham cracker crunch!!! I just wish they would take credit :(

Visit Date: May 7, 2014 My friend and I walked over here after eating at South of the Border. I ordered a small kid’s size with PB candy bar flavor and PB pretzel. I think if I had ordered different flavors this Ralph’s would have gotten more stars and if I visit again I’ll be glad to update and give them more stars if I like the other flavors better. That being said I wasn’t a fan of the two flavors I sampled. I barely tasted the peanut butter and the pretzels seemed stale to me although they may have just been frozen and cold. I’ve heard Ralph’s is amazing so I’d like to try other flavors to give this place a better review.

Really good ices selection on a daily basis. Doesn’t have as many special new flavors as other Ralphs, but prefer going to this one. Service is eh, but honestly they are HS kids working, don’t expect much else. They don’t pay much attention to you and the older woman behind the desk messes around just as much as the children. But I do not go here for the service, the selection and speed are important.

What a turn off just from walking in the door. Was not greeted by any employee. Walked up to the counter on their sticky dirty floor, and while deciding what to order had to listen to what looked like the manager bad mouth a business next door and drop the«F-bomb» while yelling at the top of her lungs. Didn’t take notice she had customers in the lobby. Finally after being rushed to order, we find out THEYDON’T ACCEPTCREDITCARDS! C’mon it’s 2013! We were told we could walk to the bar down the street to use their ATM. Umm no thank you. So much for trying something new! Will not be returning to this location! Horrible first impression!

My sister and I are ADDICTED to these ices. Seriously. What could be better than a cold Italian ice after a long day of laying out by the pool? The staff is always super sweet & super fast. There really isn’t any seating other than the two plastic benches out front so we usually take our ice to go.

Yummy! Huge selection. Long lines usually run through quickly. A great summer sweet spot. They also offer a sugar free selection!

Every year when Ralph’s Ices opens for the season in March, you already see the crowds start to form in the store. Since they opened in Levittown 11 years ago, this has been the place to go for teenagers to meet, dessert after a good BBQ or any dinner, or for just being in the mood for this sweet treat. $ 2/$ 2.25 for kiddie size, $ 2.50/$ 2.75 for small size, $ 3/$ 3.25 for medium size, $ 3.50/$ 3.75 for large ices or ice cream(you can also buy them by the pint, quart or tubs) and $ 1 for Flying Saucers is well worth it. All these sizes are definitely big enough to share with at least 2 people, I dare you to finish one off by yourself(see pics). There are always coupons around to save $ 2 off on both ices and ice cream. With those savings, you’re paying close to nothing for the most delicious thing eat, especially in the summer. Ralph’s carries over 90 ice flavors(water and crème) and over 14 ice cream flavors. They just added soft Chocolate, Vanilla or the Twist ice cream which is actually better than Carvel and a close second to my once favorite of all time, Frozen Cup(RIP) . You can also choose from Artic and Milk shakes, Fruit Smoothies, and Sundaes. New flavors are being added daily, as if it isn’t hard enough to choose from the flavors that they already have: Strawberry Shortcake, Margarita, and Pineapple Cheese Cake are some to name a few and they are all unbelievable! There is a big sign up as you walk in asking you to please have your choice made about the flavor, size and type of cup(Styrofoam or Squeezy) that you’re about to order. With the amount of people always there, this gives you plenty of time to decide. It’s also there to keep the wait time limited and to avoid those obnoxious people who love to hold everyone up with their 50 questions and 5 large orders(like the one in my pic). So, if anyone wants to be the most hated person in Levittown, have some disgruntled child act up because he/she can’t make such a simple decision or is just a ***(your choice depending on your mood), please have a «shopping list» ready before deciding to go to Ralph’s. Open 7 days a week, there’s always plenty of parking either on the street or in the parking lot shared by Segesta Pizza and South Of The Border. Ralph’s is an easy place to find, just look for the crowds of people and the VERY happy children gathered around!
