My favorite Starbucks in Long Island. Fast service, polite staff, and most importantly, it has a drive thru! Because of my recent study schedule, I’ve been going near daily and have not been disappointed by the service and quality of the frappes!

Never again will I come here. Firstly, Starbucks is too expensive to have such crappy service.
I used the drive thru at this location. The person behind the speaker obviously didnt know what she was doing because she got my order so wrong. Either she was too busy talking to her co workers about irrelevant stuff or there was some kind of communication problem. But I know on my part, I was very vocal and I repeated my order twice. Why does Starbucks not have a review screen so you can review your order before you «okay» it?! Why doesn’t the staff repeat the order to you to make sure they have it right?! Fix it jesus.
I didn’t even get a receipt.
I do not recommend.

This Starbucks was rough when it first opened but over the last few months it’s really picked up. The Drive Thru wait is under 3 minutes in the morning and the café has a great set-​up with a couch and cushioned chairs. The staff always loves connecting with their customers and has a great attitude. Definitely a store to visit

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been too! I gave them a change in the beginning because they were new but now there is no excuse. I just drove thru the drive thru and order two lattes and was told it going to take a while to make ALL your drinks and I should pull up front for someone to bring them to me… Really I will never come back! Starbucks bethpage is the best!

You had me at Starbucks drive thru! A white girls dream and a coffee lover’s necessity. Nothing beats getting a grande Java chip frappé without the need to leave my car.

Asked for a double shot Mocha Macchiato with caramel, it isn’t hot and tastes like awful plain coffee that’s been sitting out all day. I order this frequently and it never tastes like this. The guy at the drive through just now didn’t even ask what size and automatically gave me a Grande and had originally told me it was impossible to make. They just put the caramel flavor in the mocha macchiato… I had also asked for the newly advertised mini sized frappucino in s’mores. He handed me a giant drink. I asked what that was and explained I only wanted a mini to which he replied «well I heard Venti, and we can remake it for you but I already charged you for a Venti» AWFUL Customer service and terrible barista skills. Very disappointed.

Without a doubt, the worst Starbucks around. Inconsiderate staff are more interested in chatting amongst themselves than waiting on customers. I choose to go out of my way to the Hicksville and Westbury stores for attentive service and well made drinks.

Possibly the slowest and most disorganized Starbucks I have ever been to. Watched three employees debate who was supposed to make the drink. Took 15 minutes to make two drinks… With one person in front of me.
Avoid the drive through at all costs, they’re even worse.
Three of the workers are now talking about building a tree fort. Still waiting for drink.
Edit: gave them another chance today. Ordered at the drive through. Had to pull around to parking lot and go into store to pick up order because they gave my order to car ahead of me and they had to start over.

Convenient location, but service is lacking. My wife and I frequent this location about 10 times per week, at least half of the time our orders are incorrect. The majority of the time it takes forever. It’s a nice change to drive all the way to Bethpage, fast & friendly service… only one time an order was incorrect (and they offered us a free drink coupon). Just speed up the service, 15 minutes per order is too long — and try not to mess up the drinks… returning to fix them is a waste of time.

This place is the worst. 15 minutes for two lattes. They could care less about people that come in face to face. All they care about is drive-​thru customers here. Convenient location but horrible service.

Not the best Starbucks. Got moldy blueberries with my oatmeal. And the last time I was there I got my tea with an attitude.
Seems like the staff needs to be re trained, the blueberries expired Dec. 29th and it’s 1⁄6.

Ok place,
The staff are a little rude when ordering at the drive through! Maybe because they employ young adults!
Hopefully they’ll get a little better customer service training and really come good!
Drinks are often incorrect and handed over with a bit of attitude!

I love this Starbucks being that it has a drive thru & it’s close to me. They are very friendly & I’ve never had an issue with the service or the lattes I’ve ordered.

As far as starbucks go they are more or less the same other than the service and size of store.
This location is brand new and on the small side.
The staff seems to be novices when it comes to making the drinks as the line moved very slowly and drinks took longer to make than usual.
This particular location is in a terrible location and is hard to get to.

It’s a lovely building with a bit of sit-​down space. That’s pretty much the only nice part about this place. The location is very difficult to get in to and out of, despite being on such a major road. The staff is friendly but absolutely incompetent at their job. I tried the new Chestnut Praline latte and it tasted awful because the proportion for the syrup and the steamed milk was all wrong. I got coffee a couple of times, and they poured the wrong blend in every time, giving me Pike when I asked for Blonde and the Blonde that’s gone old when I asked for Christmas Blend. Hopefully the staff figures out all the kinks, because this is the only Starbucks that is close to my route to night classes.

This Starbucks makes the best tasting flat whites I have tasted among several other locations. The location is also clean and the staff are friendly. All the tables are occupied most of the time though. So it’s hard to get work done. But I come here just for the awesome flat whites they make.
