I had some pipes freeze up during the recent cold snap. Sherman was the only company I called that could get out to see me the same day. They arrived within about 90 minutes, and had the problem solved quickly. Charged me for an hour, which included travel time. I really didn’t have any issues with the work or the charge for the work. I would use them again.

The service has been done good but I got Overcharged. It hadn’t been an hour but I got charged for 2h 30 because I have to paid for the time that the tech sat on the car and do some kind of paperworks for 45 mins. Rip-​off.
