Staples the Office Superstore

Nice efficient store. Friendly staff. This location is on the south bound side of RT 1. If you know what you’re looking for, you can find some good bargains. Staff are really not experts in electronics but they try hard!

Returning an item with 16 month old daughter on my hip. I proceeded to the costumer service counter. One staff member behind the counter continued to walk off even after a decent amount of eye contact had been made. I remained at the counter for approximately 7 – 10 minutes with none of the 3 staff behind the counter even acknowledging our presence despite making eye contact. Another few minutes pasted by and a cashier getting ready to go on his lunch break inquired if I had been helped. I explained that no and I simply needed to return one item. The cashier pointed me to a check out and explained that returns can now be made at any register. Five stars for the cashier and no stars for what appeared to be management behind the counter.

Just great service here!
I was on vacation about a month ago and the staff here was so helpful. The selection was perfect and the store was very clean. The manager even came over to help my mom when she came in, after she slammed her finger in the car door.
Thank goodness for helpful people!
