Jiffy Lube

Went to this location today, should have known they were crooks when they were spinning a sign for service. Worst place ever. Extreamly over priced, they screw you into only giving you synthetic oil, they went through my car, they took my things from my glove box and middle console. They lied about it then threatend to call the police i didn’t leave the location. Dumb ridiculous jerks work there!!! DON’T TRUST THESE GUYS IN YOUR CAR THEY STEAL AND LIE!!! Worst place ever!!!

Been to many lube places and locations but this visit was especially good. The staff member that explained the services and cashed me out was especially cordial and emphasized how quickly they’d get me back on my way. And they did. It was surely less than 10 minutes, maybe 5 minutes. And this was Friday at 5:30pm. You’d think they would be busier.

Didn’t read reviews before going as the FasLube on 23 is now closed and I usually went there. $ 77 for an oil change… that was without 3 discount coupons. One of which I had and 2 others were offered to me after I was blown away by the cost. The girl working tried to talk me into synthetic blends when I first walked in even though I said numerous times I didn’t want it. She then told me it was only $ 15 or $ 20 more and she could give me coupons so I could essentially try the synthetic blend at the cost of the conventional (ended up being $ 26 more on the receipt. She conveniently couldn’t tell me how much more it would be until she could «see how much oil my car took») so I agreed begrudgingly to try it. Come time to check out, bill was $ 77 and she acted like they did so much more for me that other places wouldn’t do to warrant the charge (tire pressure check, vacuum). All other places I’ve been to offer these services. What can you do when the service is already done and all of a sudden it’s $ 77? Ask them to drain the oil and leave? She was rude when I questioned the charges. The thing that annoyed me the most was the finger pointing and laughing at me when they thought I didn’t notice after I said multiple times I didn’t want the synthetic blend. I’m very unhappy and will never go back. No wonder they have to hold signs on the side of the road for business. They are more than double other locations I’ve been and I will never stand for rude employees who seemingly make fun of their customers. Particularly in this service where women already feel like they are being taken advantage of for lack of knowledge about vehicles.

I went to this location in May for my car service. They broke my glove compartment. It’s been 3 months I have been following up. Everytime there is a new excuse. And you get an update only when you call them. There is no sense of responsibility. And then you deal with their attitude as well everytime you call! Horrible service!

They tried to tell me the only oil they could put in my car was $ 75. Such a scam and completely untrue, as every oil change I have had in this car, including those done by the dealer, have not used synthetic oil. Do not ever go here unless you want to be lied to and taken advantage of. I took my car and left. Should have listened to the other (mostly negative) reviews.

Was contacted by Jiffy Lube management after the review of my most recent experience with this company. They were genuinely concerned about my experience and promised to look into the situation.

Not a lot of businesses out there nowadays seem to care about the customer experience. It is good to know that Jiffy Lube is trying to do the right thing for its customers.

These guys are car guys. They do a great job and don’t try to sell you things you don’t need

They always have coupons on their web site. If you ever pay full price for an oil change here, you’re doing it wrong!
The service is thorough, but definitely not «jiffy.» Plan to spend at least an hour there for an oil change. And, don’t use the bathroom — the toilet overflows on the regular. #gross

Great service and lightning fast.

This was my first experience ever at a Jiffy Lube. I selected the location I did due to a coupon in the 2012 Entertainment Book that offered $ 8 off a Signature Oil Change. I knew that Jiffy Lube was pricier than just about everywhere else doing oil changes, but I had NO idea I’d walk out of there with a total tab of $ 68 AFTER using a coupon. The best part about this experience was the service. There was no wait to get my car in and this location has a small lobby with leather chairs where you wait for your car to be serviced. The location was fully staffed on a Sunday and the employee who assisted me was incredibly fast and friendly. The prices, however, do not justify a visit to any Jiffy Lube. Normal price for a Signature Oil Change is $ 39.99 — ridiculous to begin with, in my estimation; I think a price tag of $ 30 might be justified, but not $ 40. It was recommended by the tech (who was speaking so fast I could barely discern what he was saying), that my air filter and PC valve also needed replaced. I consented to both, once he told me the cost for the PC valve would only be $ 5. I usually have my air filter changed out every once in a while and I’ve never paid more than $ 10 to have it changed, ever. I was charged $ 21.99 for the air filter, which I could have picked up and installed at the O’Reilly’s down the street from me for $ 7. I was also charged $ 4.99 to TOP OFF THE ANTI-​FREEZE in my car. I have NEVER been charged anything in my life for a top-​off at any other oil change location in a real garage. Between the non-​disclosed charges of the air filter and the anti-​freeze and taxes, my «coupon» wound up costing me much more than I ever anticipated. Never again will I be visiting a Jiffy Lube; the prices are absolutely outrageous and not enough to justify even the fastest oil change in history.
