Pizza Hut

Walked in after 30 minutes (est time of pickup 20 min) to wait an additional 20 to discover the order I paid for was drastically wrong. Other patrons came and went, many waiting longer then anticipated only to discover they too had incorrect orders. One patron that had patiently waited had her order dropped on the floor as they removed it from the warming oven. Several folks cancelled and left. Several just walked out. Server at counter was rude to customers and clearly unhappy. After waiting over an hour and 15 minutes the manager took my order again (apparently it had been keyed in incorrectly) and refunded my money only after I asked. Friday nights are busy, I am typically patient, but the lack of customer service and attention to detail will not have me returning unless an «Under New Management» sign hangs from the building’s exterior!

The person that attended me while placing my order was quite rude and I didn’t like her tone at me. At that point I just wanted to say fuck off! To that employee, but I stopped. The delivery guy was cool though.
