I am very pleased with the service I received from Precision. They are very easy to work with on the phone, offer a coupon online for service, and their technician was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. My job required replacement of two springs which Precision did after work hours to accommodate my schedule. Garage door repair is one of those things no one wants to pay for (especially me since I’ve always hated my door because it’s cheap) but Precision was fair and provided a 2 year warranty. I definitely recommend this company!
