Its easy, affordable, but often gets confusing because TLC gets a lot of patients that speak different languages. The kiosk/front desk set up was different and they have such little space that it was difficult to get back. But at least you are allowed to wander around the store while you wait and the patient care tech will call your cell phone or whatever when they are ready to see you. Its true they stop taking patients early if it gets to busy. and they have long lunches but open from 8 – 8 M-F is pretty good. They do often refer you down to OSU care point at the end of the strip mall because a CNP can only do so much. And only one CNP is there looking at patients at a time.
