I will NEVER do business with a company that employees creepy, arrogant reps that prey on women at county fairs. I attended the Dillsburg Farmer’s Fair this past Oct. It was a Friday evening. As I walked past the booth with my 7 year old son, the woman at the Kitchen booth tried to get my attention. I politely said, «no thank you.» The guy at Bathfitters called after me, and again I politely said, «No thank you.» That is when this guy became scary. He began to cat call after me, asking me if that was a «canned response». I ignored him and he continued to yell at me as I walked down the road. Unfortunately, I had to come back and the minute he saw me he began again calling after me. I asked him for his name and he responded it was, «Rick Flair». I told him he was rude and he got very nasty. I honestly can say that I was scared that he would follow me. I half thought of contacting the police. This man singled me out because I was alone with a child. I am disabled and he singled me out, because he felt he could prey on me and scare me… and he did a pretty good job. I am sick of every place I go these people attack me or my family members, because we don’t stop to put our names in the system, so they can make a couple of bucks. I am considering going to the states attorney and pressing charges against the company, because I am tired of being assaulted every time I go to the mall or to a fair. I will NEVER do business with them and I tell everyone I know to do the same!

When I called 1−855−588−1099 to schedule an estimate, the representative stated my husband HAD to be present. I am not sure if this policy has changed, but when you call either: 1. disguise your voice to be masculine, and state«I have all the purchasing power» 2. Indicate your spouse has recently died, and immediately cry hysterically to make the sales person feel guilty, 3. call a company which is current in human rights as of 2014, and not sexist.

At a fair, I filled out a consumer interest in bath fitters, I am interested in remodeling at sometime. BF followed up, and the hard sell from this salesman was disgusting. The conversation was as follows; «Why couldn’t I see them tomorrow?» Coming out next week is inconvenient for them because they will be in my neighborhood tomorrow. I told the guy he was turning me off with his pushiness, but he kept on plowing through. I WILLNEVERUSETHISOUTFIT. I can only imagine what I would have to go through had I let them in my house. They would not have left without a signed contract. Beware dealing with them, this is an old school hard sell, disregarding the customers needs.
