Applebee’s

I called to place a to-​go order a few days ago. They transfer you to the to-​go person in the back. They didn’t answer and it got transferred back to the front. 4 times. The front had to take my order. They stated 25 minutes. I got to Applebee’s 30 minutes later. I waited 10 minutes for someone to even approach me out back. Then, went to the kitchen and came back with 2 bags. I paid and went to grab the bags and they weren’t even mine. After I waited and paid he said my food wasn’t even done! They said 15 more minutes. I left to go get gas. Came back. They had to go back in the kitchen and it was just getting finished. Took the bag and left. As I was about to drive away, I got flagged down because they didn’t put everything in the bag. I had to wait yet again. I drove home (10 minute drive) & my wrap was made incorrectly, my finances steak was cold and my daughters French bread pizza looked like it sat for days and reheated. It was a complete waste of time and 40 $.

The last three times we have come our order had come out wrong. Every time the order had shown correctly entered on their screen on the table so I would say the finger points at the kitchen. It has always been small things like no cheese on a cheese burger or a missing sauce but it is frustrating to see it entered correctly and then have it come wrong. Our food was comped two of the times but I would steer clear if you don’t want to deal with the headache.

Best service I have received at a restaurant chain in a long time! Staff and management was very accommodating. Don’t always see that type of service these days.

Shameful experience. Clearly an Applebees that prides itself on providing awful and racist service. We were ignored repeatedly, drinks went unrefilled the entire meal, order was thrown together and missing simpme condiments (lettuce, tomatoes on burger) no water was provided (mind you, all of this was occuring around and beside us by the same server). At the end of our meal the manager approached each and every table and asked how the meal was… every table except ours, of course. When asked if there was any reason why we were ignored and not offered water or refills the response was «well, would you like some now?» Decent people of the world, save yourself the trouble and steer clear.

I’ve eaten at a few Applebee’s around PA, but this one seems to have the friendliest staff. My only complaint is with the Applebee’s menu in general, which I don’t find all that appealing. But this location is always clean, the employees are always polite, and the food always comes out on time.

I don’t know if it was where I was or the Applebee’s itself. One of the few restaurants in the area open past 9:00. Frequented by locals. Karaōke on Thursdays. Decent food and good drinks when we went. Will come again.

I don’t go to Applebee’s for the beer and commeraderie at night. I go for a good meal, good service, a sit-​down (not fast food) meal where someone waits on me, cooks the food, and cleans up afterward. That’s my treat to myself (and whoever is with me at the time)!
And a treat is what we got! We were at Applebee’s shortly after it opened for the day. We were greeted at the door (with a promise that the early birds (us) would get no worms! LOL!
The young lady who seated us was very pleasant. Then along came Stephanie! She was our server and did a fantastic job. I asked about the coffee and she said it was «freshly made». My coffee was very hot and I wanted to cool it down with some ice. I couldn’t spot Stephanie, but I am capable of getting up and asking for what I need. I walked toward the bar area and asked a young woman for some ice, and out popped Stephanie from whereever she was and said, that’s ok, I can get it for you. And almost immediately there was a glass of ice sitting on our table.
I ordered the turkey, avocado, bacon sandwich; my friend ordered a mushroom burger. It took a few minutes for our food, which was okay, that meant it would be fresh and hot. And it was! And delicious! I took one bite of my sandwich and the avocado oozed off the sandwich — yummy! And the turkey was not that pressed ‘stuff’ you get on so many sandwiches. It was the «REAL THING» — and there was lots of bacon. And the bread was fresh and tasty. The French fries were good and hot. I couldn’t eat it all so I brought some home for lunch the next day.
My friend’s burger looked delicious; he commented on the taste of the meat. There were big slices of mushroom falling off the burger onto his plate. And lots of fries, so many that he couldn’t eat them all and the burger too.
And all the time, during our dining, Stephanie was close enough to reach if we needed her without being a pest. My friend’s soft drink was refilled promptly and I had another cup of coffee when I finished my lunch.
The music playing was not so loud that we couldn’t have a conversation.
Our only negative comment would be that the seats to the booth were a bit too far away and we had to stretch a bit to reach the food.
Otherwise, what a pleasant experience — great food, very pleasant service. We were delighted that we chose Applebee’s for our lunch at Lewisburg. Since we have no Applebee’s in Williamsport, it was well worth the trip.

Slow slow and slower, Waited 25 min for your beer. Waitress said she it was the bartender fault, said she was
Not aloud to go behind bar. But ten min later there she was pouring a drink for one of her friends. Good was cold and just ok… not going to like the tip!!!

Let me start by saying the booth still had food on the chairs from the people before us. Waitress forget to bring some drinks to the table, had to ask three times. Steaks were over cooked. Was given the wrong salad dressing and never brought the right one back. Also sent a complaint to there corp. office and never heard back from them. With all that being said I will be moving back to PA soon and will not visit this Applebees ever again. They do not care about there custtomers at all!!! And to top it all off, it cost me a 120 bucks for five people to eat and the food and service was very poor.

We were seated, and then no one came to our table to get our drink orders for about 5 minutes.
3 of the 4 of us ordered extra ranch and didn’t get it when our food came out. We had to ask the waitress while she was walking away. She seemed to be in a hurry.
BBQ boneless wings just tasted like ketchup. Beer cheese for pretzels was cold.
Waitress showed no excitement at all and sounded like she was annoyed she had to wait on us.
We’ve come to this location a bunch of times and this was the worst visit with the worst service.

The steak penne was bland and greasy
The appetizer spinach dip chip thing was huge the dip was all chunky and the salsa was way too spicy the chips were all greasy went next door to the Sheetz and got a sub and milk shake is Applebee’s ever going to get any good food I will never learn

BEST EVER LOCATION!
This place is happening! Granted not much else is open late at night in this small town, it was filled with fun and nice people at 11pm. People dining, people in the bar, and the best part — Karaōke! I must say that there were several talented performers, and others — well, they had fun!
Very nice service by my server and hostess. Very friendly, responsive, and they seemed to enjoy what they do.
Check with the location, but they also had a great late night happy hour with a dozen food items ($ 2-​$ 5) and several drink specials ($ 2/​$ 4).
It was fun… and I will be back!
