I agree with the other poster. Another thing I have noticed and so have others that live in the area… the icecream, shake machine are always «broken». They also have the habit of letting you order things (like chicken nuggets) through the drive thru and then after you have paid tell you Oh we are out of all the sauces.
I have stopped going there. Gave them a few chances but every time something is wrong.

This is the most poorly operated McDonald’s that I have ever attempted to dine in. People congregating around counter, no rhyme or reason to order fulfillment, bickering amongst the staff, etc. Family in front of me finally asked for and received their money back after waiting forever. I stuck it out and was rewarded with a cold, stale bread, Big Mac EVM complete with room temperature french fry pieces. It would be complimentary to call this establishment crappy, in that it fails to rise to the level of crap! Restaurant was filthy with food, napkins and ketchup on the floor. Look out Unilocal here I come. NEVER AGAIN!!!
