Best kept secret of a campground you will find. Coleman, Mary, Tim, and David are awesome. Clean, friendly, special. You won’t want to camp anywhere else. Tell nobody about this place and let’s keep it to ourselves!

Great place to stay! Traveling through from Ohio headed to New Orleans. Sites were very clean and staff was amazing and friendly! We arrived near dark and set up camp, made a fire(purchased firewood from campground for $ 10, good price for a ton of wood!) The owners of the campground came around and invited everyone for a fireside guitar jam session led by Mr. Coleman and his wife. They are great singers, extremely hospitable and I would definitely return I’m going through the area!

Very accommodating and friendly people. Stayed on trail two and found a nice campsite for my hammock. They brought a «bindle» of wood right to the site which burned all night with enough wood to cook breakfast in the morning. Will be looking forward to coming back when able.

went camping here over the past weekend. The Owner was super helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. their campsites are wooded, private, and right next to the duck river! we had reserved a couple sites a few weeks in advance, but the day we were coming in it rained, so they moved us to a site so that we wouldn’t be drowning in mud. they had a portalet for camping use, which was very clean and well maintained, and even had hand sanitizer inside for our convenience! overall, one of the best primitive campgrounds I have been to!
