Friends and I ordered an arrangement offline, with understanding that the arrangement could be changed. The delivery sent to a grieving family did not look worth $ 60 or as nice as the website (see photos). We called to state that we were disappointed in the arrangement sent to a grieving family. We received rude customer service, telling us to call the family who received it and for them to «count the roses, even if they aren’t the correct colors, they are in the arrangement».
Found it to be tasteless service and flower arrangement.

I don’t live nearby, but my parents do. Enchanted Florist was my go-​to florist for the past several years, and their bouquets were usually lovely and precisely what I asked for.
Recently, however, I have been less satisfied. The most recent bouquet had rusted petals and no fragrant flowers (my only request). Their charges were $ 10 more than what was quoted to me on the phone.
As a result, I will not be using their services in the future.
