This company has been extremely poor in handling the delivery of my package. I will not be shipping or purchasing anything through Fed Ex if I can possibly help it. My package is now going on four days late. The driver consistently reports the package is undeliverable due to poor weather. This has become an outrageous bout of laziness on the part of this driver, the customer service representatives and the company as a whole. While there is snow on the ground, it has not snowed in days. All roads, including our driveway are freshly plowed. My small, two wheel drive car drives to and from my house daily. We have received packages from UPS and the Post Office. There is absolutely no reason Fed Ex is unable to deliver my package. The late delivery of my package has now negatively impacted my in-home business. I’m currently at a place where I cannot continue working because your company is unable to deliver your product as promised. I am outraged at the laziness of your driver assigned to my area. I am outraged that every customer service representative obviously does not care about my situation. I will be recommending any alternative to friends and family for their shipping needs. Because of the lack of support from your company in this issue, I do not expect a response or anything that will improve this situation.
