Great Falls Property Management

If I could give a 0 I wold have I rented a place from Great Falls Property and there really should not be the word great in the name they moved me in to a place with infestation of cockroaches and bedbugs with out telling me in witch in maine is not with in the law I went with out heat for over a week in the couldest part of 2014 winter and it took them 3 days to replace a refrigerator that was dead when you call you are lucky if someone picks up you have to go to the office most of the time to talk to someone and they still do not fix issues they stopped all treatments for bug issues as soon as they know that the building was being sold I sent a certified letter refusing to pay rent till the bug issue was taken care of in what I feel was retaliation they tried to evict me lucky I had and lawyer and we gave all the evidence to prove are cace they asked for and continuance sold the building then drop the case of eviction they may have drop it I have not I will be taking them and the previous owner to court if you are a landlord stay away from this company if you are wanting to rent a place don’t do with this company I apologize for any misspellings ie wrong words I have dyslexia and not easy for me sometimes but thank you for reading

Worst property manager ever. She charged me $ 25,000 in one year for repair. Owner hides behind everyone. She failed to appear in court with me. She collected $ 1100 in July 2014, and has not pay me yet. I have terminated the contract with her.

DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY. The word Company is not even close. In over 27 years as a landlord I have never seen such untruthful actions, lies, statements and follow through’s. They will not manage your building or your tenants. They will not communicate with you or your tenants. They will not follow through with the responsibilities spelled out in your contract with them. They will not place responsible tenants in your buildings.(those might be saved for their own buildings)
The only good point out of this terrible decision I made was that they allowed me to end my one year contract after 9 months.
Repeat, DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY. You have been warned!!!
