Hate going to this hospital you’re always waiting over two hours and the nurses are slow and rude. I came in for a pregnancy test and the nurse said my boyfriend when I wasn’t in the room «how do you know it’s even yours?» What a bitch. He didn’t tell me until after we left or I would of said something

This hospital and its ER team, doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, aids, managers, case managers are AMAZING!
We are from the Boston, MA area. I had to admit my mom for a pulmonary emergency (COPD, CHF) severe condition. Up to very recently I was in healthcare and dealt with all efficiency and care practices.
From ER to release I was amazed by the care and staff’s ability to quickly identify my mom’s complicated condition. Doctors were efficient and very personable. Nurse practitioners clearly explained what they are doing and why/​what my mom is going through. Nurses and aides have been just awesome!

I highly recommend this hospital and a shout out to 5th floor and ER teams.

The previous comments must be from a different hospital! I just spent 5+ hours at the ER! They said I could not have water! They only took my vitals once and I was in serious pain and they only gave me medicine once that wore off in an hour! They never checked on me to make sure I was doing ok! The clock in the room made a noise similar to that of a staple gun and it made it ever single minute! I walked away in pain and with an awful headache. If anyone I know gets sick, I will NEVER recommend this hospital! Very disappointed!

Despite them being in constant debt issues and having to let go of staff, the staff remains to be among the best. Couldn’t be happier with the maternity ward staff and facilities. The ER is as fast as any. I’d go elsewhere for trauma if you have time, otherwise they’re hard to beat.

We visited Mount St Marys when we were on holiday from Australia over Christmas. My daughter had a suspected DVT and I cannot thank the staff of St Mary’s enough for their prompt and wonderful response. We were in and out of the emergency dept in less than 2 hours and the relief to find out all was ok was enormous. The staff were so very friendly and caring and understood that we were far away from home on Christmas eve and pretty stressed. Cannot recommend the service and staff here enough!

We visited this hospital for a medical emergency (broken bone), and were helped quickly, by friendly informative staff. It was not busy when we were there, but the hospital seemed well-​run and efficient. For an unpleasant medical situation, this went about as easily as it possibly could have.
