Have you ever gone into a hair shop, been very clear what you wanted, («whatever you do, don’t cut it short!») and when it’s over, exactly what you didn’t want is what you got?
That’s Supercuts here. Two months later, it’s still too short. The woman said if I wanted a longer haircut, go to a barber that has plastic guides. Hers are metal and they only cut short.
This, AFTER she cuts my hair. Is this woman nuts? I would be if I went back.

I had a amazing eyebrow wax. I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed since I was 15, and I have never had such a great experience. Charlotte had the softest touch and really shaped my eyebrows prefectly, which is very difficult with my eyebrows. It hurts to get waxed but I barely felt a thing. She is a total recommend to anyone who needs a reshaping. I will only go to her from now on.
