Love this place!!! Super friendly staff and the food is so good. I recommend the sharpedo or anything with their shredded beef because it is seriously the best shredded beef ever. Also try the guacamole, so delicious.

I’m not much of a mexican food eater so I had some reservations coming here, but you MUST try the Mahi Mahi when it’s available. I had it in a burrito bowl, almost like a taco salad with some chipotle ranch, and it was SO good. Big too, could easily fill you up or be split into 2 meals.

I got the burrito bowl, with a spicy mango sauce that the worker recommended. It was pretty good but I would t recommend the mango sauce however, it was really spicy and I don’t know that the mango flavor really worked with the other flavors. Overall for 7 $ it was pretty good and I would come back again.

Great burrito. Chips and cheese were a great side. Had one of their ice cream truffles. Awesome. Glad we stopped in.

Stopped in for lunch today. Excellent location right on the strip of center street Lewiston. Very small operation and menu, as seen in some of the posted photos. Simple menu with beef, chicken, or «the veggie», all burrito or bowl style.(Very comparable to a Chipotle) I was a little disappointed with the portion size as I got a whopping total of about 10 pinto beans. And the quality of vegetables; lettuce, tomato, onion, **PICKLES**, we’re all comparable to what you order at a Subway. I cannot attest to the quality of meats as I ordered the 5 $ veggie burrito, consisting of rice, beans, lettuce, tomato, & banana peppers. I requested for no cheese, but I was saddened to see no avocado in its natural form or in form of guac, as the menu promised. I was not daring enough to try the pickles, despite the name of the joint being the spicy pickle, not sure the play is there. I did get the hot sauce which was pretty screamin’ can’t imagine what the extra hot would have been like. They also have a huge array of hot sauces if you choose to dress it yourself. Overall I can say I got what I paid 5 $ for.

Quick update to my previous review: If you want a big ass burrito, order there«Build Your Own» or the Nooch(a build your own with double meat essentially). My original post was based on ordering the«Pick 3» which is a smaller burrito. Experience makes the difference in burrito ordering I suppose. For better or worse, I now have a lot of experience and we love the Pickle. Also, the kids meal for $ 5 is a great deal. Taco, chips and cheese or salsa, fruit snacks, and a drink. Kids love it and its super simple to make everyone happy. I’m a big fan of the death sauce. It’s not death inducing, but flavorful with some hear. What I like about the pickle is everything always seems fresh.

The girl making the food wasn’t overly friendly. The menu is very small not much to choose from, but the price is cheap. you get what you pay for. Their burrito was a decent size and you could get the ingredients you wanted on it. They asked if you wanted hot sauce I didn’t think much of it and said yes hot… boy was it hot brought tears to your eyes and burned your taste buds so be careful of that. Their spicy pickles that they are known for are nothing special. They came in a small cup about 5 pickles and tasted like regular pickles with a little flavor. They have different sauces you can add to your food if you are interested in different flavors. The restaurant is very small only a few tables and a counter right in front of the window where everyone walking by can see you eat. The food was decent, but I don’t know if I would go back if I was hungry for Mexican food. The food isn’t authentic at all I could make better burritos at my house for the same price.

One of the best places to eat in Lewiston. Very much like a home town Chiptole. Very small with a few tables out side. Have eaten there a half a dozen times and have never been disappointed. Burritos are excellent and so is the tortilla soup. Aaron the owner is always working which leads to a very friendly and we’ll run business.

I tried the burrito but thought it was lacking in flavor. The floor plan of the place is horrible. Will not go back

Good food for a really nice price. I had a shredded beef burrito, and it was way better that I expected, coming from California and having Mexican food in Buffalo.

I was excited when the Spicey Pickle opened in Lewiston because it gave another option for a quick meal that wasn’t a pizza/chicken wing place. The pick 6 salad lets me pile on everything I want for a reasonable price. I’ve also tried the burritos, which have been tasty. Plus, I love that I can get the salad on a bed of spinach instead of regular lettuce(though they have been out of spinach sometimes). The con for me is that they don’t always get my order right. For example, one time I asked for black beans and got black olives instead(way different on the flavor scale). Another time, they didn’t include the dressing. A third time they completely left out the ground beef. So watch your order carefully and check it if you’re getting it to go.

We ate lunch here on Sunday during the Lewiston Art Festival. No line, no wait. My hubby & I both had the Pick 3 Burrito with chicken. Portion was just right and the pricing was great. The meat and the pico was very tasty. Would definitely recommend going here again.

I am a fan of Chipotle, and this is better. More flavor, and also priced right. As far as fast food places go, this is definitely 5 star.

Still new. Went there on a Friday. Crowded. Shows how desperate Lewiston is for a decent lunch spot that doesn’t take forever to get served. I had a monster burrito called nooch. So much stuff in it I couldn’t really say if it was any good or not cause there were so many flavors BUT it was big and relatively tasty and will fill up somebody hungry. Wife had a regular burrito, no complaints. We also had some Pico, that was really good. Another guest with us had a burrito/bowl salad and said it was way too small for the price. Lots of hot sauces to pick from. We’ll be back.
