I don’t know how many times I’ve come to this location and it’s closed for lunch. As a busy hair dresser with limited time I don’t have time to sit and wait for someone to come back. Unfortunately it’s the closest location to me. Must be nice to take an hour lunch. I don’t know what that’s like.

The guy who was managing the store (hispanic petite male) was extremely rude to me. He only addressed me saying «we close in 15 mins» when there we’re a number of people in there. When I was checking out he gave me a hard time when searching my license number. He tried to tell me I wasnt in the system. I’ve been to other locations (for instance Carrollton Frisco and Dallas) without any problems. He had the nerve to tell me that he had other customers in line and I promptly told him that I didn’t care about any of that. FINALLY he «supposedly» added me to the system and I was able to make my purchase. Needless to say I was very offended by his attitude and service.

Well stocked! Some locations are not always stocked well or appear to be very messy and unorganized. I will say I found it odd to have a non licensed person giving out advice and direction on colors and also recommendations for formulating. That is to me like going to a doctor’s office and having the receptionist talk to me about remedies for an ailment or administer a shot.
