Just went to this Best Buy and there’s like three people in the store. I wanted to do a mobile upgrade and they said there’s only one person that can do that in the entire store and he’s busy and so it’ll be a 10 to 20 minute wait. How can a big box store like Best Buy only have one person in the entire store that can help a customer when there’s only three customers in the entire store. I won’t be back.

Best Buy has probably the worst online ordering experience, if you choose the store pick up option. It doesn’t matter if it’s an actual store front or their warehouse, be prepared to sit and wait.
